I was very happy to have received the two I ordered two says before expected delivery. I have only had this bag for about a week, but it definitely serves its purpose. The bag is huge and then some, which is exactly what I wanted to pack all off my clothes for a relocation. I had a bag like this for years by Ingear but it was stolen. Only time will tell if it is as sturdy or will last me as many years as the other bag did, but if it doesn't, the price is fantastic and you can easily purchase another one. I'm not a big fan of having to purchase things over and over, but this I probably would. The only downfall is the form, it doesn't hold a definite form, so when packing the bag may take on an awkward shape, which may give you some trouble zipping. That downfall isn't really a downfall though, get the bag!!

Exceeded expectations

This really proved to be the best buy for the money. The compartments are practical in size, arrangement, and placement. The bottom compartment is @ 4"H x full W x L of bag. The shoe compartment is @ 15"W x 6"H and extends @ 12" into the lower bag compartment (I fit a pair of winter boots plus several small items in it). Above the shoe compartment is an outside pouch @ 14"W x up to 4"H (I fit a med. bottle of bleach + small items.) A pouch on the handle end of the bag is W x L of bag end x @ 2"D. The top compartment W x L of bag by @9"H. The wheel/telescoping handle creates a support on the bottom for contents, especially in the large lower compartment. There is also a soft handle near the telescoping one. The fabric, stitching and zipper seem adequate. Since mine has limited use I can't speak for how long it will hold up or what abuse it might tolerate, but as with all bags I don't recommend over-filling. I bought it to carry my 1-person, 3-day emergency preparedness supplies. Everything fit! Be sure you can lift the bag once it's filled !!!
