This is the actual real/original formula. The Cool Plus, is different and doesn't have 100% of the bacteria strain Lacticaseibacillus. This stuff really helps out the digestion process and your gut. Might be a bit sour for some... not for me, but tastes are different. It's a one OZ shot that will get your insides healthier.
