Blackstone Adventure Ready 2-Burner 28” Propane Griddle with Omnivore Griddle Plate

We haven’t found any major dislikes, it is a littler shorter than expected but it’s not a huge deal. We really like it! We’ve already made eggs %26 bacon, hamburgers %26 chicken fajitas all with ease! It’s easily assembled %26 easy to use! Greattt purchase!

I am really liking this griddle so far! It was pretty easy to put together. I had it together in about 45 minutes. The finished grill is more light weight than thought which makes it even easier to move around. It has 2 wheels on one side and a handle for lifting/moving on the other. The base of the griddle seems very sturdy. I have moved this grill around a lot, even up and down a step, and it is just as solid as the day I put it together. The legs can easily fold down to help with transporting the griddle in a vehicle. The small side table is handy but not really big enough to hold everything you need. I like the hook that holds the propane tank. It didnt move at all when moving the griddle around. The 2 knobs on the front are big and easy to grab and turn. They have that click mechanism that lights the burners so no need for matches. It is a bit difficult to see if the burners have a flame but not impossible. The griddle itself is a good size. There is a lip all around it to help keep food from slipping off the edge. There is a slot in the back that has a drip pan that sits below it. I like the fact that the slot is a decent size and even more so that the drip pan is a decent size. No worries of that thing filling up on a single use. It is easy to remove and replace. There are 4 actual burners under the griddle. Im not sure yet if it heats uneven or if its just been my luck every time I have used it there is a heavy breeze. But it seems that the side closer to the propane tank heats faster. You can tell from my photos of when I was seasoning the griddle. Seasoning it was easy. I just used regular shortening. I seasoned it about 5 times before I used it. The whole griddle isnt black yet but I read it will the more you use it. This griddle cooks fast! I was able to make a whole batch on pancakes in one go. I could have made even more at one time but I didnt put anything on the parts of the grill that didnt looked seasoned yet. I do recommend using some sort of non stick spray. My pancakes and eggs wanted to stick. Im hoping that gets better with use. Clean up was easy. I let the griddle cool while I ate and then scrapped any left over food off. I turned the griddle back on high and let it get good and hot and then used oil to clean and wipe away anything that was left. I then seasoned it again. I am excited to cook more things on this griddle. Everything you need to know on how to use and clean it come in the directions. There are places on it to add accessories that didnt come with it like a hood and places to hang utensils. I think this is a great product for anyone that likes to cook. It is so easy to use that just about any adult should be able to enjoy cooking their favorite recipe!
