arrived as melted soup

the package arrived wrapped in silver mylar and bubble wrap with a pouch labled as a cold pak, but the cold pak was hot to the touch and the chocolate was completely melted. I spread it out on a parchment paper and put it in the fridge to solidify. it was tasty, but I won't order it again.
