I normally buy a premade protein water but the taste wasn't too good . I continued drinking them for the health benefits after gastric bypass surgery to get my protein and not let myself get dehydrated. I decided to try this brand of powdered protein water and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes. It a much better price and it is very good. I will not buy the other kinds of protein waters again!

Was completely taken aback by how good this is. Just tastes like the mio lemonade water I would make for myself. I had to stop as it was giving me heartburn (and offered no benefits). But now I get tasty lemon water, protein, AND the calories arent that high??? So glad I bought 3 tubs while it was on sale. The normal price I feel it's a little pricey. Regarding texture, I either froth or shake with a regular soup container. You will always have some undissolved bits BUT they really dont taste as bad as other protein powder chunks. This is definitely going to be a permanent product for me!

I really like this protein powder. While I haven't used it in a drink….i have made a lovely sour watermelon protein ice cream in the Ninja Creami using one serving of protein powder, one tablespoon of pudding mix, one cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and one cup of nonfat fair-life milk…it's yummy! I also sprinkle grapes with lemon juice, sugar free jello powder, this protein powder and freeze for a sour snack.
