Factory Defect
Purchased 2 at my Walmart, both were factory defects, the filter was missing. Fortunately there was one more left and it was fine. I contacted the manufacturer (3M) and told them. WARNNG: Check the blue canister and make sure there is a filter inside. After saying all that; the 3rd one is installed and works fine.

Very disapointed in the system
I bought the system not knowing that it could only be installed in a water system that only ran in one direction. There is no mention of this on the expensive package or in the directions. After purchasing the p[arts and doing all the plumbing I noticed that it had a water flow direction on the product, and was told that I could use it that way, but would not get as long of use out of an expensive filter. I think they should at least offer warn about this requirement before that sale of the product.
