Great little oven

Bought this to replace my 3 year old one (similar model) after the power cord on the first one suffered a cracked insulation where it comes out of the back. We noticed that the newer model still doesn't have any stress relief mechanism on the power cord, so are trying to come up with a solution so this cord doesn't fail, too.

I have had this oven for 4 months. It is one terrific product. I bake in it a lot. Roasted chicken comes out so juicy and tender. Cakes , pies, are baked to perfection. With the super steam function, cleaning is a breeze. We use the testing function every day which is great. Would buy this oven in a heart beat.

I love this oven!

I worked in a bake shop years ago for a short period of time baking bread, we had a proof box until I bought this oven I tried various ways to duplicate the same conditions. It was virtually impossible to duplicate those conditions. Not only can I proof the dough perfectly but can use the bread function which introduces steam in the beginning of the cycle to achieve the crisp crust on French bread and artisan breads. No more pouring water into a hot pan and quickly closing the oven door trying to entrap the steam. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone. It's great for warming up leftovers and keeping food warm. I would like to see a larger version of this oven become available.
