Great laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this device for half month and as a whole I am very happy to purchase this laptop. Especially 16:10 display gives more contents visible on monitor and keyboard is needless to say. Most of features satisfied me but some of them look like required to be improved. Unlock with face is not working well whereas finger print goes through without problem. And when I type, part of my palm touch and bother trackpad and cursor moves around out of control from time to time.

Great Laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second ThinkPad. The first was the X1 Extreme which was great but the battery life was not that good. This ThinkPad X1 Gen 9 is awesome and great battery life (depending what apps you're using). Love my new computer. I just wish it came with a built in SD card.

Very high quality screen and the perfect keyboard, of course. Only one criticism: The webcam is incredibly poor. Dissapointing, especially with so many workers using Zoom.
