Out of the 100s of collagen supplements Ive tried at 51 yo. This is at the top of the list of best collagen products. I only have one complaint and its only that, in my opinion, a little pricey! Maybe because I've switched to natural supplements and replaced pharma. I have a pretty bigbmthly supplement bill and its pricey with my other 20. If it was $40 for the mth Instead of 12 day supply, it would be perfect! It is very effective! I noticed a difference the next day after 1 shot in my fingernails.
