A wonderful machine

It seems to be a wonderful product. I did find out that if I want to make two different types of bread at once in the small pans then I need to make types that have the same cooking length and cycles. The breads were from recipes in the booklet that came with the machine and they were delicious. I am looking forward to trying many more of the recipes and feel sure they will all be great. This even makes pizza dough. I used to always make homemade bread but my hands got too bad to be able to knead the dough properly. This machine makes the job incredibly easy and I love the smell of fresh baked bread. I also love that the mixing paddles will lay down so that there is not a huge hole left in the bread.

Easy to follow instructions, does everything a bread maker should do. Use it everyday to make wonderful bread. Wish it had come with a recipe book, but you can down load it on line. Made pizza dough two days in a row. Yeast bread roll dough. add ingredients, set to correct setting and walk away, check on after about 10 minutes, scape sides to get all flour into mixture and forget about it till its done. As simple as that.

Well, I had to get this since my son bought one and makes his own gluten free bread. Made my first loaf last weekend and loved it. We do use a specific brand of bread that you buy at the market, Red Hill Gluten free. He wasn't too impressed with the recipes but the bread maker works GREAT! I've always wanted one!! Seriously, the photo is of my first loaf!! Who does that??!!!!
