Every fall I cover my pool and order a new one for next fall, because I toss the old one when I open the pool in the spring. So I had a Blue Wave I ordered last fall (2024) and opened it this fall to cover my pool and was immediately impressed with it compared to all the covers I've had. It has a rather heavy lamination so you can hardly see the scrim, really well made. So after covering the pool ordered the EXACT same cover, same item number, same size, same warranty. It gets delivered and the box is the same as last years, but I notice it's not as heavy. I look at the empty box, and the weight is 27%23. Look at the new one and it's 24.07%23. I haven't open it but I bet they cut back on the heavy lamination

I got a great deal on a Blue Wave pool cover and pillow for my pool! Only issue was the cable that secures the cover was about 20 feet too short so I had to use my old one! When I tried to call Blue Wave customer service someone answered and then the line goes dead! Tried calling five times so I gave up! This is by no means the fault of Walmart though, I would not hesitate to buy from them again!
