No instructions. Came with an absolute useless tiny hand held balloon pump.. Also ,has double valve which was pretty tricky and weird, I guess the tiny pump would come into play once it starts to lose air overtime. However, it's pretty big and most definitely has some height to it so I would recommend this product. But the price for what it is, should lean closer to the $9-10 range.

You would think looking at this it would be uncomfortable to actually use. Wrong. It is not uncomfortable at all. It is very comfortable. I have endema pretty bad. This is really helping reduce the swelling in my calfs. Which also stops the infections I am getting when they swell up so bad. Now the water buildup is less. The swelling is far less. And the infections have stopped. So I'm a very happy camper! Thank you!

We really like it but they need to put a better pump inside them, because that little pump is not helpful. I had to get my son to pump it up with his automatic pump because that pump wasn't doing any good to getting air inside where it was even noticeable! That pump isn't any good!
