Warranty information
Romeo™ or Juliet™ Cuer ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Your Siser® Romeo™ or Juliet™ machine (the “Products”) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship (the “Warranty”) for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date (“Warranty Period”) through an authorized distributor or retailer of Siser. In the event you allege that the Product does not meet the Warranty during the Warranty Period (“Non-Conforming Product”), you must notify Siser in writing immediately upon discovery of the alleged Non-Conforming Product. The notice must include details regarding the defect and supporting documentation. Additionally, Siser may request, and you must provide, evidence of the original purchase date of the Product in order to show that the Product is within the Warranty Period. In the event Siser agrees that the Product is Non-Conforming Product, Siser, at its opon will (1) repair the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are functionally equivalent to new in performance, (2) exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent product that is new or equivalent to new in performance, or (3) work with your authorized distributor or retailer to assist in providing a refund of the original purchase price of the Product. This Warranty excludes damage resulting from your failure to use the Product in accordance with its documentaon and specifications and from any abuse, accident, misuse, physical and/or soware modifications. Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price. No other person/entity may modify this Warranty, and your authorized distributor or retail is solely responsible for any other warranties. This Warranty applies to the Siser Romeo and Juliet machines only. It does not apply to blades, blade housings, mats, cung strips, accessories, packaging, soware, tools, materials, or other non-machine items that are included in the Product or provided as part of the Product. Siser does not guarantee or warrant uninterrupted use of Product or its supporting soware. THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY MADE BY SISER FOR THE PRODUCT AND SISER DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
