The Total Chef Raclette Party Grill is heated by a 1200-watt element. It simultaneously cooks food on the top grill, and melts cheese on the trays below. It features adjustable temperature control and a cool touch thermo-insulated handle. The grill is incredibly simple to use and very quick to clean. A short power cord is provided to reduce the hazards of getting entangled, or tripping over a longer cord. Getting started is as easy as taking it out of the box and plugging it in. You'll have delicious plates of food for you and your guests to enjoy before you know it!

Very nice looking and fun to use.
My only concern is the marble piece which stained and cannot remove the stains. Also, would like to know if the marble piece is sealed? Would appreciate an answer. It says too wipe the individual servers off, not to wash them. I did wash them and allowed them to dry overnight. Overall I think the unit is very nice and look forward to using the Raclette Grill at a dinner with good friends. Thank you!
