EGO Addiction is a book to teach loving and successful behavior for improving people's lives, health, and their careers. No one can make me or you feel upset, angry, mad, bad, sad, worthless, sick, unsafe, better, worse, worried, anxious, lonely, loved, or attacked. Other people seem to trigger our issues. This seems to make us feel like a victim and others the villain. But they don't do this; our ego does. The ego is an insane idea of Erasing Good Out of Our Good Life.
