Worth the extra cost. Washed well with not too much fuzz coming off and did not shrink much. I returned two cheaper brands to Amazon without unfolding due to seemingly cheaper and thinner cotton. This seemed like it would not "catch" as easily. Not a heavy blanket, but nice.
