It has good amount of 20 packages if I remember correctly. They are fresh, crunchy, have the nuts original flavor. No any flavors: sugar, cheese , pepper that kind of ingredients. Those increase the calories a lot if you want to be healthy. Yes, it's plain. But that's what I want. Probably you won't be used to it at first, but soon you will.
