Mud falls off. Order 1sz larger for wool socks.

Great boots so far. Ordered 1 size larger than I usually wear, plenty of room for wool socks if needed. If not, no problem. After breakin, I'll be able to tighten the tongue even more when wearing in warmer months. I haven't submerged in water yet, so don't know how water tight. The sole design allows mud to fall off when stomping on pavement. Don't know about clay however. Very satisfied!

BUY THESE BOOTS!

I bought a pair of these boots about six years ago I think. I can't recommend them highly enough. I got them to replace a pair of boots that I had just wore out. Those boots cost me over three hundred dollars and these Boldertons are BETTER! At this price I almost bought another pair for the future but then realized that I ame sure that the pair I currently have will last me for the rest of my life. I can't understand why they are on clearance. They should be putting other boots out of business. I LOVE THESE BOOTS.

The best boots this 62-year-old hunter has ever OWNED!!!

I bought these boots 4 years ago and would still be wearing them, but I put them too close to the wood stove at elk camp and melted the toe and ruined them. I just bought a new pair as soon as they went on sale. These are the best boots that I have ever owned. I did buy a half size bigger this time. I put them, on out of the box, and went shopping with my wife, and that woman can shop! By the time I got home the leather had stretched and again I owned a great pair of boots! I expect these to last at least 5 years and many, many boot miles on this new pair.
