Love the shampoo; pump was defective
The pump didn't work, so I had to package it back up and return it. The main reason I bought this bottle was because I love having the pump shampoo convenience. The price of the same bottle had gone up $10, so I didn't purchase a new one. When I called customer service, I asked if they could just replace the pump and they said they could not. I also asked if they could just replace the bottle for the same price and I would return the bottle with pump that was defective. He told me he did not have that option. The problem was not with the shampoo… I have used it previously and really like it.
