Pay attention to the straps!

The strap is twisted and is sewn closed at both ends so cannot be adjusted. I did not notice the manufacturer defect when I tried it on. When I attempted to wear the bra the twisted strap irritated my skin. According to customer service the bra cannot be returned or exchanged even though it is defective because I washed it and no longer have the tags.
