Quality and affordibility
Everything was easy from the purchase and receipt to also making a return for an item that was not compatible. The quality is evident when products are received. The only thing that is a little lacking is your order history being updated in a timely manner, as sometimes it isn't updated until the item is actually shipped. Otherwise I will always choose Startech first before shopping elsewhere.

Who says length doesn't matter?
The cable appears well build but the USB and Audio leads should be longer. They get pulled out by the weight of the cable tugging on them. The cable is held by the two screws on the display plug, so the other leads need to be 5-6" longer to allow some slack.
