The first kennel I ordered when I received it it was cracked on the top I emailed the company and they gladly refund the money fast I purchased the same kennel the very next day. As I work for a rescue and I Foster dogs I have been through many Kennels and so far this is the best one I have found. I have a puppy who has severe anxiety and can get out of most kennels but this one she cannot. I will be ordering more of these in the future.

Quite a Size Difference
I'm writing this review in order to post these pictures. I'm sure someone out there would find this helpful. The height variation is listed online, but seeing it on paper is not the same as seeing the kennels side by side. Here you go! I shipped an 8 week old Labrador puppy in the 28" and she was swimming in it. I'm shipping two Lab puppies in the 26" kennels and they JUST fit.
