Great surprise

This was a gift for a great niece that lives away. I was glad to be able to mail this to her for her birthday. She enjoyed helping the process come along to bring about a new furry friend. It looks scruffy (like some pound animals do) but with the child washing and fluffing them up they get new life. . . like a pound animal

Great Buy!

I washed the animal with Johnson's Head-to-Toe Baby Wash and Shampoo and hot water until I successfully removed the matting substance. Then I rinsed it in cold water, dried with a bath towel, and used the hair dryer on a low setting. I let it dry the rest of the way on a paper towel and used a dog brush to fluff up the fur. The animal is so cute and soft!

Poor shipping packaging, foreign language descript

This Scruffalove was shipped in a plastic bag. The items box is thin cardboard and was crushed in several places. On top of that it was printed in Russian! A little hard for an 8 year old to follow instructions.
