Difficult seller

I tried to purchase on eBay, he sent the wrong item (he had a listing issue). I asked him to send me a replacement while the wrong item was returned, he refused until the first (wrong item) was verified stating policy. I then saw a similar item here, not realizing it was the same guy. He saw this order and started giving me a hard time. I canceled everything.
