Pinnacle Frame Gallery Mat Frame, 12x12, Black

This frame exceeded my expectations. Considering the price, I expected it to be somewhat flimsy or cheap looking. It is very solid and sturdy. The pre-cut matt is nice. I’ve been looking everywhere for a 12 x 12 frame, and this is by far the best price that I have found. The same frame on amazon costs twice as much. Having seen how Walmart packages its online orders, I chose to have mine shipped to the store, and ordered a couple extra to make it easier to return the broken items when they came in. This turned out to be a wise decision, because 2 of the 6 frames were shattered and scratched. There was no packing material used besides a thin layer of bubble wrap placed between the picture frames. The outside picture frames were placed directly against the box with no barrier. I would suggest that anyone who orders picture frames from walmart.com order a few extra to be safe.

I bought a couple of these frames for a photo collage and crafts I have been working on. I was frustrated and disappointed to discover that the inside space that the picture shows through is max 11-1/2 x 11-1/2. I had purchased these to frame Scrapbook pages but they won't fit. If you don't need exactly 12x12 then these are great frames! They are sturdy, come with hangers and a guide to use when drilling which is awesome and the frame is thick enough to hold a thicker object. My only issue is the size of the display opening.
