TYPE C for Mini DisplayPort USB (Mini DP, MDP) converter connects a host computer with a female Type A-C USB port to a monitor or projector with Mini DisplayPort input.
Transmits video and audio, compatibility with monitors, monitors and projectors with Mini DisplayPort port. A Mini Displayport cable is required.
Easy to Use: No installation to extend drivers or power required.
Video resolution with support for high-definition resolutions up to 4K * 2K (3840 * 2160) at 30Hz. Compatible with 1080p.

1. This adapter is compatible with the laptop only, Will not be compatible with Smartphones, Tablets or Tablet PCs.
2. Your laptop should support "DisplayPort Alternate Mode" (Alt Mode) via USB-C.
3. If the product does not work, please connect the adapter to your devices first, restart your devices.
4. Remembering Warm: For some compatible devices, this may take a few seconds for the data to synchronize from the computer with the monitor, so please be patient.
5.No connect any other adapters / converters (such as Mini DisplayPort to DP / HDMI / VGA / DV) for this USB-C to Mini DisplayPort adapter for a second signal converter, we can not guarantee it works well.
6. This USB C to Mini DP Adapter is NOT compatible with the Monitor Radius interface. It can only be used for Mini DisplayPort to Mini DisplayPort cable to connect the monitor. It can not be used for Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable / adapter, Mini DisplayPort to HDM cable / adapter, Mini DisplayPort to dvi / adapter or Mini DisplayPort adapter to VGA cable / adapter to connect the monitor.
7. This is not a bi-directional adapter. You can only convert the C-Type signal to the MINI DP port.
8. Resolution requires a 4 4 K K equipped power supply, Mini DisplayPort cable, and output display.

The product does not work. When I connect my 27” Apple Thunderbolt Display directly to my Mac mini everything works great. When I connect the 27” display into this plug, then connect to any USB-C to my MacBook Pro or my windows laptop, nothing in settings/displays (Mac) or device manager (windows).
