Uh why would you not want mashed potatoes in an easy to make, 1 serving cup? Sometimes -1 serving- items dont stand up to their full size counterparts but Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Masged Potatoes instacups dont fall into this category. My kid LOVES them, cant even tell their not homemade if you add some milk and butter. My go to when everyone wants a different side or Im in a super hurry!!

Great surprise

I would never have believed that mashed potatoes microwaved in a cup could taste so good. What is surprising is the texture. Not at all like the instant potatoes I've had even in restaurants for years. These have the real texture of real mashed potatoes. I added a little butter and some chopped onion and was in heaven.
