Arrived defective, absolute garbage

One of the worst reels I've ever bought. This looks (orange and silver color) a lot like an okuma reel that I bought years ago so I decided to give it a try. The box was clean, no damage, package was fine. Definitely wasn't a delivery issue. The reel handle that doesn't spin well, even after I dropped a few drops of reel oil. They are very stiff and won't turn. The magnetic brake system won't slow down the spool no matter how much I adjust either. Spins just the same no matter what. On top of all that, reel is loud and creaks like everything is rusting or something. I get that these are cheap but they are a waste of time and money.

Good Product Poor Delivery Service.

The one star has nothing to do with the fishing reel. I like it. I am happy with my purchase, but I will not be able to ever order from Walmart again because they use Fed-Ex who refuses to deliver to the front of the building where I live no matter how many times they have been told that they are putting packages in jeopardy of being stolen by delivering to the back of our building. Amazon, UPS and the US Postal Service have no problem delivering packages where they belong at my address.
