One-size-fits-all 3-month to 4T?

I was just hoping for a pair of black socks in the 5-pack. Nope, they were navy blue. I should've known that - without any colors listed in the web description - that nothing was guaranteed. The real reason I gave them a 1-star rating: I was sent socks that are clearly not meant for 3-12-month babies. I suspect that they only have the toddler size, and are passing these off as babies' socks. So I just paid $13 for socks I can't use.
