Last year, I purchased a ZOSI camera/DVR system for myself and was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the images it captured. Impressed by its performance, I decided to buy the same system for my parents to replace their outdated one. However, I encountered some difficulties when trying to add the second system onto the ZOSI Smart App. As a result, I was unable to view both properties on my iPhone, which was frustrating. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I reached out to ZOSI support for assistance. To my pleasant surprise, Hugo, a representative from ZOSI, promptly responded to my inquiry. I provided Hugo with additional information regarding my problem, and she swiftly replied with detailed, step-by-step instructions to troubleshoot the issue. I followed Hugo's instructions diligently, and I am happy to report that the problem has been successfully resolved.
