The taste is amazing and tolerable unlike many other energy powders. The boost is great but fades QUICKLY. It doesn't make it through a workout. This is a boost you'll need to take after you arrive at the gym. The container is misleading to the amount you actually get. The container is about half to a quarter empty upon opening. One of these will last about 2 weeks with taking 2 scoops daily.

Energy for the gym

I've been taking this Amino acid supplement for many years before I work out at the gym. I like the fact that the caffeine comes from natural sources such as green tea just the right amount of energy without being too over the top two scoops before you go to work out good little energy burst I would highly recommend it really with no side effects after the fact, not keeping you awake at night.

Good enough for small boost

I love this grape one. I do add grape water flavoring as the taste is super light. I get energy but it doesn't last more than an hour. Which is fine because it's just getting to the gym and starting workout that I need the boost for. I haven't noticed any other benefit.
