The item quality is A1 and the design was as described. HOWEVER, the power button cover is too large and protruding too far into the inner shell layer, which sits and presses against the power button of the XS max at all times. The XS max power button is much smaller and thinner and if the case is fitted around the phone as designed, it will constantly keep the power button pressed inwards. To use this case with the XS max, I've had to keep the power button portion of the case dispatched from the inner shell, even when the phone is off so as not to trigger the power button. The fit is great, as in there are no cosmetic flaws and it fits the XS max, but the power button cover is not designed for the XS max, in my opinion.
