I ordered a size 6, I got a size 7. The box was marked 6 but the shoe is marked 7. zippers on neither shoe would work. Other wise the boot looks great, perfect soul on them for what I wanted.

not what I expected

Shipping experience was great. The product itself was disappointing. I own several Khombu boots, and the quality on this one was not as good. There was no description of the material and I thought it would be suede but it was not. The zipper on one was stuck and the other zipper was iffy. All Khombu boots seem to run a half size large which I accounted for, so the comfort was good, no pinching in the toes. The shaft height was great- not too tall or short. For the price it still might have been ok, but I decided to return them.
