With more than 70,000 units shipped so far in France, Credo, has encountered great success from the very first days. This double album, reuniting 46 of the most emblematic chants of our ancestral religious culture, is a true musical and spiritual journey. A real travel back in time, Credo gathers forty-six liturgical chants that have, for centuries, paced all the services of the Roman Catholic Church : The Veni Creator, the Te Deum, the Salve Regina, the Dies Irae, the de Profundis, the Magnificat, the Stabat Mater, the Gloria (de angelis).These forty-six chants were recorded in a studio by the Schola Regina, a choir comprised of about forty singers, most of which are highly-skilled professionals. An organ has been chosen to back them, as is the custom in most French churches.
