I ordered this item along with a couple of other DVDs. I opted to have them shipped direct to my home instead of to the nearest store because it would get to me sooner. As soon as it was delivered I opened up the package that they were in and discovered that all the cases were damaged. All the discs for all the items look fine, but I may end up having to find a new case to put the discs in.

no English subtitles

Despite the product description which today still says English closed captions, this season has none. This is one of 5 copies (3 full-series sets, 2 season sets) we've tried (and have emailed at least 2 other vendors who checked before shipping), and the Region 1 dvds just don't have it.
