For my 9 yr old grandson in illinois, very sensitive, both emotionally and skin sensitive! Has eczema and needs the better quality overnite incontinence wear...these are great, my daughter said they are the best! She also tried this brand of the insert, pad type, ones also and would buy both! I try to help them $ with things out of the ordinary and of course it is my precious grandson! Overall, yes, i will send these again, watching for sale on them, i then buy several to stock her up! I love walmat on line shopping! I do so much of it! I get products in 24-48 hours to my door! Fed ex is great, when stores switch to USPS , i drop ordering from them! I am 100% handicapped as far as walking, i love fed ex!

I have purchased almost every brand I know of for my 92 year old mother. She said these seem to be the best so far, beating out the name brands like Depends and Tena. Her only complaint is that she said they seem to leak by her leg if she is on her side. Her waist is only about 26" but she won't wear any that are smaller than these, she can't stand anything tight on her these days. So as far as I can tell they do work good since she keeps me purchasing them over and over. Hope this helps.
