Pieces falling out, product packaging not secure

Product is okay, but plastic holding pieces to plate was loose/completely off on all three items. I had to collect the bricks from the box and now have to figure out how to glue the packaging together. Lots of work for something that hopefully will still look new/appealing when I'm done.
