The motor itself is great! Exact fit and a perfect OEM replacement. My order came with a single package of new mounting hardware but I got 2 motors. I just reused the tiny mounting bolts from the original motor. The only thing is the new motors mounting holes are larger and neither the new or old hardware will work. I had to use some flat washers to mount it securely. Otherwise the motor would have just flopped around inside the door when opening and closing. But the motors operate great! And seem strong.

I have been gifted my father's El Camino (we are an El Camino family) and it has mechanical crank windows.
