Loved this for my 10 mile race!

A running friend recommended one of these a few years ago, but thought thought of carrying something while running did not thrill me. But when I had a 10 mile race last weekend on what was going to be a hot day I realized that I needed something to supplement the scheduled water stops. Personally I had really needed more than had been provided at the half marathon the month before. Took a little to get use to on race day (I picked it up the evening prior), but as I approached the water stops I would have the top off and dump the water in to refill and could keep moving and be on my way. No stopping to drink, no chocking on water if I didn't stop. And I was able to drink along the race as needed. I will be taking this with me on those longer summer runs.
