Featuring tri-ply construction, each piece has an aluminum core between 18/10 stainless steel and magnetic stainless steel layers, ensuring fast and even heat distribution on all sides. The 18/10 stainless steel, combined with a three-layer capsule base, offers energy efficiency and consistent cooking results. Each pot and pan comes with a heavy-gauge, deep-seated stainless steel lid that seals in heat and moisture, while the non-porous cooking surface is safe for all utensils. Convenient internal capacity markings assist with portion control for healthier cooking, and the stainless steel handles are dual-riveted for added strength and comfort. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction.
