Nada did a great job

I am still a little disappointed with some of the issues with the Ion Pro 2. High screech sounds when a noise is first heard and the fact that It will not sink up to my smart TV. Nada, who is very pleasant and easy to work with spent a lot of time trying to resolve the problem of my aids shutting off during the day at random times(even when the battery is over 80%) . to her credit, she researched the issue and got back to me via email with a solution.

One week in and so far, so good.

First time wearing hearing aids and not the most tech savvy person. Set up was super easy. Didn't really have much trouble adjusting to them either. Only had them for a week but very satisfied so far. Only drawback I've encountered is if u don't want to be connected to bluetooth all the time when wearing them, you have to take them iff and put them back in the charger for a few seconds to reconnect to bluetooth.

Better Than Expensive Hearing Aids

After having a bad experience with expensive hearing aids, I made up my mind to not go that route again. I began researching OTC aids and chose your Audien Pro 2. I must admit I was skeptical at first. However, after the first 2 days of wearing them, I have been very pleased. The instructions were easy to follow from the booklets as well as the interview from Nada. I will gladly encourage friends to try them.
