I have been looking for a small heating pad. This one is perfect for what I needed. It only has one heat setting, but it's plenty hot enough. The only thing I don't like is a scent of bengay that it came with. So I washed the cover and it's much better.

This heating pad is quite small, but that's what I wanted. It does only have one heat setting, but if you want to compare it to ones with multiple settings, I would say the heat is medium. I have a sore shoulder and the size and heat work very well for me. The only complaint I have is that it turns itself off every two hours so I end up waking up every couple hours to turn it back on. I wish it went at least four hours without shutting off. Other than that, I am very happy with it and would recommend it to others.

Great for pinpointing pain in larger areas also. One temperature control is easily managed with a moist or dry towel which is safer than high heat settings especially for elderly and sensitive skin. I love mine.
