These Icy Hot Original Pain Relief Patches work well for me and my husband. They are a large size and stretch all the way across my husband's back. They are scented just like other Icy Hot products, but the scent is not unpleasant to me. There was no skin irritation when we have used the patches. The literature states that you cannot use a heating pad with these patches. The instructions are easy to understand. The patches are sleek and thin and cannot be seen under clothing easily. We leave them on for 8 hours and then take them off. The only thing that I did not like about these patches is that they are not individually wrapped. There are all in a resealable zipped lock bag. I think that this seems to dry them out over time because the last ones in the bag tend to roll up on the edges, and do not adhere to the skin as well. I have attached a photo. I took off one star for this issue. Otherwise, I must say they worked for us, and I would recommend them.

OMG, these are fantastic! Feel it start working within a few minutes. When I have my extremely tense muscles, these can sometimes be a little painful as they go to work, but within a few moments after that, the cooling kicks in. Wish they were a tad bit less expensive since I use them daily. They adhere and stay on really well.
