it's smaller than I expected I don't think I have a big head nobody has ever told me that I did haha and the way the picture looked it come down further on your chest and back it does cover your neck I am a big guy so maybe that's why it's small I like the filter that around the nose and mouth (can't remove it) and it doesn't seal very good on the top of nose it needs a metal piece so you can bend it down around your nose I bought it because my only transportation is a e-bike I live in South Dakota and it's the end of Dec and my ears get cold i where a helmet so I need something thin plus with the filter my hope is that when I breathe the cold air it really messes with my lungs it hurt to breathe and I cough a lot normally I wear a dust mask so hopefully it helps I haven't used it yet I just received it about 3 or 4 days ago but I'm sure it will work I might use it tomorrow if it doesn't work I'll edit this review I'd recommend this for a teenager or maybe a smaller adult or a lady but I wish they had different sizes but maybe they don't sell enough to bigger people to justify making a larger size but I'm happy with it oh and the company is based in China so it takes awhile to get it I ordered on the 8th of Dec and received it on the 24th so be patient it's a big ocean to cross
