Horrible

Never came they said it was delivered to my door but it never was. Funny thing is I forgot to put my apt. Number on my Address so how was it delivered to my front door if that part of information was missing. Took 50 minutes to get a representative on the phone and also called the carriers and an "investigation was opened twice and I haven't got one call back. All in all terrible from all sides

Mirror replacement. I'd do it again!

Absolutely Perfect! I've never received a product so well protected. The screws had rubber caps. The flat surface around the screws had foam protection on it. The pointy part at the 'top' had a pointy rubber cap. The whole kit and kaboodle was in a cloth bag. Not a mark on it when I took it out of the box. It fit perfectly. No squeezing thumping or twisting. The bolts fit perfectly. You almost want to take it off and put it on again. It fit that good. The hardest part was getting the door panel back on again. You might want to watch one of the videos on You Tube.
