ThermoFlex® Plus is available in 54 colors with a matte finish, 6 colors with a glossy finish and 8 metal flake colors to match all your popular sports teams. Most colors of ThermoFlex® Plus may be applied in layers for multi-colored designs, with the exception of the Neon colors, Antique Silver, Old Gold, Metal Flake colors and Columbia Blue. These colors cannot have layers adhered on top of them, although we have successfully layered these products on top of other colors. Look through our photo gallery to see examples of layered designs. ThermoFlex® PLUS will NOT adhere to nylon. Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics. Application instructions for moisture-wicking materials: Damp a cloth with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), then gently apply it to the area on the garment you want to apply your design. Allow it to dry and apply your material. This will allow better adhesion to the garment. Application instructions for dazzle cloth & shiny polyester materials: We highly recommend that you TEST prior to doing large runs. Coated polyester can routinely cause adhesion issues.
