My search for reliable gaffers tape is over
I wish I discovered GafferPowet brand gaffers tape earlier. I work in video production and nothing worse than having to use bad gaff tape. But great for general house hold use too. I'd recommend to anyone. Do your self a favor and don't bother with other brands I've wasted a lot of money trying to buy anything less than the best. This stuff has yet to let me down. No residue headaches and stronger than the others.
Outstanding product!
Neighbors were gone for the season, and their outside fuse box cover was loose and making a racket. No way to secure it, so tried this gaffer tape. It held the box shut through the winter, pouring rain and freezing, direct sunlight and looked as good as the day I put it on. When he returned, he was upset that I used what he thought was duct tape, because he had used the last of his custom house paint on the box before he left. We were amazed to see the tape came right off with no residue left behind.! I'm going to use this for all my projects that require superior holding power and clean removal. Definitely worth the price and a five star rating!
Gaffertape
Tried gaffer tape it works like the mfg. said. It bonds great and when I removed the tape it came up easy and didn't leave the sticky stuff that duct tape does. We have used it to tape off areas in out bathroom remodeling. When I didn't get the tape and plastic exactly where I wanted it , the tape came up very easy so I could reapply it exactly where I needed it and it stuck as good as it did the first time which really saves us frustration and time.
