Pork Loin Chops, Boneless, Family Pack, 6 count, 1.56 - 2.93 lb Tray

I buy these chops regularly. They aren't as thick as the ones from Sam's Club, but they're pretty good. I usually cook mine with peppers and onions. I make up some brown gravy and pour that over them when they're done. You can add it dry, but I have a hard time keeping it from getting clumpy. I drain any excess juice off or I'll make the gravy with less liquid than it calls for, and then mix it up in the pan. You don't want to overcook them. They get rubbery and just not enjoyable.

I BUY THESE LITTLE CHOPS, BECAUSE I TAKE A MEAT NOW AND POUND THEM INTO A REALLY NICE THIN AND DELICIOUS DEEP FRIED PORK CHOP, THEY ARE EASY TO COOK THEY CAN COOK FAST OR THEY CAN COOK SLOW IT DEPENDS ON HOW YOU ARE TRAINED OR HOW YOU CAN DO IT, PERSONALLY I MAKE THEM THIN SO THAT THEY COME OUT MOIST, AND IT HAS THAT PERFECT BREADED CRUNCH ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PEOPLE LIKE.
