A majority of people say that meat off the bone can be too dry - these boneless pork chops are never too dry when I cook them in a casserole!! It makes enough to feed a family of four; enough for seconds! I use 2 boxes of Uncle Ben's Ling Grain %26Wild Rice, butter and water; I mix that together well. Pour on top of the pork chops already placed carefully in a 9 x 13" casserole dish. Cook approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Then enjoy!!!! Family favorite and I get asked to bring it to other extended family functions!!! Love this cut of pork chops!!!

I found a recipe and cooked these in my crockpot. I lined the bottom of the crock pot with thinly sliced onions. Salt and pepper the pork chops and place them on top of the onions. In a bowl mix two cups of bbq sauce and one cup of chicken broth….pour over the pork chops and cook on low for 6 hours. I serve with mashed potatoes and green beans and it was a crowd pleaser!

I am always happy with these boneless pork chops. All the meat in fact that I get from Walmart is always good. I have never been disappointed in any of the meat. Have gotten there. The pickers always does a good job of picking out good meat and I have gotten pork chops, ground beef, chicken and steaks.
