This lunch bag is just as the picture shows. It is very durable, good quality material, and keeps the bdesired temperature with an ice pack. It was not as big as I thought. To be fair, It's probably better suited for a child's lunch. I'm still using it, I'm just adjusting my lunch portions. You can probably pack more if you use sandwich bags...I was able to place one small hot lunch container, a sandwich bag of grapes, a sandwich bag of oranges, a sandwich bag of cookies, and one 23 ounce sport bottle..The side pocket is where my utensils/napkins were placed.

I really like the size of this lunch bag and the design. it's very cute and it is the perfect size to carry a lot of things but it's the perfect shape that it's not bulky and going to get in your way. the only con is that my own personal one does leak a little bit. but to fix that I just put a shopping bag inside of the cooler and then put whatever I need inside and I think it's only leaking because it's the ice packs I keep inside are sweating a lot. otherwise I love this product
