I really do like this blanket. At first, I thought it felt a bit strange, since I'm used to cotton and fleece blankets. This blanket definitely feels different than those. It has more of a silky feel to it. I'm going to be honest, my wife hates it. But I love it. I feel like it does get cooler than a cotton blanket. But I wouldn't count on it to keep you cool unless you had something to air it out like a fan or an ac unit blowing onto it. Overall be prepared for a different experience. Some may hate it, some may love it.
